I did the self-survey on menstrual leave, so here's what I did I created a google form with questions related to menstrual leave and forwarded it to the audience. Luckily I got a pretty decent response. Around 100 people around the age of 18 and above participated in the survey.

Now coming back to the topic Should there be separate menstrual leave or should women avail for Medical leave? Surprisingly 77.2% audience voted for separate menstrual leave.

93.6% audience voted that workplaces should be designed in consideration of the needs of women. As of now, the data is speaking in terms of Menstrual leave, If period leave is accepted, what ideal number of days should be given off? And at this time I got a variety of responses, 67.7% audience voted for 1–3 days, 21.5% audience voted for 3–5 days and 10.7% of the audience voted for 5–7 days.

What are the chances that women will take advantage of menstrual leave to slack off from work? These responses were biased from50% to 90% and then there was an option available to work from home. So my next question was based on that only. Is work from home option is good for women on period leave? 87.2% audience voted that the work from home option is good for women on period leave.

Lastly, I wanted to conclude my survey by questioning the audience that will Menstrual leave boost productivity? 71% audience voted that it will boost productivity.
